贵妇甜点之棺材板【草莓蜜糖吐司盒】~ Strawberry Honey Toast

                           





 
 
本日主角登场咯。。贵妇般的享受之棺材板【草莓蜜糖吐司盒】。
這就是很多台湾女生疯狂喜愛的蜜糖吐司。刚烤出來的热蜜糖吐司一定要沾冰淇淋,真的是绝配!吃蜜糖吐司之前,首先要把上方那球冰淇淋拿到旁边放,然后看是要剖开吐司城门或直接用小夾子把里头的蜜糖吐司挖出來吃。哈哈。。我和宝贝直接把里头的蜜糖吐司挖出來吃。你一口,我一口。。。好吃到停不了口!

棺材板【草莓蜜糖吐司盒】

材料:
6两吐司1
60g有盐奶油 隔水融化

配料 :
新鮮草莓10-12粒(洗干净沥干水份
草莓冰淇淋
巧克力饼干
蜂蜜適量
巧克力醬適量

裝饰
打发动物性鲜奶油或卡士达酱适量

 
做法 :
1. 6两吐司表面切掉 。用锯齿刀在吐司其中一面距离底部 0.5cm处橫切一刀,另外3边周围要保留约0.5cm不可以切断。

2. 吐司正面周围保留约0.5cm, 用锯齿刀将中间面包芯切出一個方盒  (切的時候不可以到底, 要保留离底部0.5cm不可以切断 )  *吐司盒切法请參考文章后示意图

3. 将切好的面包芯抽出形成一個面包盒子。中間的面包芯切成12等份。

4. 将面包丁周围沾上一层有盐奶油 ,然后再将抹上奶油的面包块填入面包盒中.
 
                

5.面包放在烤盘, 喷洒上適量的水 放入已预热至150度的烤箱中烘烤8-10分钟至吐司边缘酥脆。

6.面包移至盘中, 依序淋上蜂蜜, 饼干 ,冰淇淋和新鲜草莓。最後依照個人喜歡挤上融化巧克力酱及鮮奶油/卡士达酱装饰即可。

Strawberry Honey Toast

Ingredients A :
1 loaf ( about 240g )
60g salted butter ( melted )
Ingredients B :
10 ~ 12 fresh strawberries ( washed and drained excess water )
strawberry ice-cream
chocolate cookies
honey
chocolate sauce

For garnishing :
whipped heavy cream or custard cream
Method :
1 ~ 2. For cutting the loaf , please refer to above picture .

3. Cut the sliced bread into 12 small portions .

4. Dip it with some melted butter , and arrange it back to the loaf box .

5. Put the loaf in the baking tray , spray some water on it . Bake at pre-heated oven , 150c for 8 ~ 10 minutes or until the edge of the loaf is crispy .

6. Arrange the toast on a serving plate , topped with honey , cookies , ice-cream and fresh strawberries . Lastly , garnish with chocolate sauce , whipped cream / custard cream and serve immediately .
