紫菜豆腐卷 ~ Seaweed Tofu Rolls



紫菜豆腐卷
材料:
3 蛋豆腐
18 小片 紫菜
玉米粉适量
酱料:
3 小葱头( 切碎
3汤匙  生抽
1/2茶匙
1 青葱 切段,青和白部分开)
做法
1.将每条蛋豆腐切成4段。
2.紫菜沾上适量的玉米粉,然后包着切段的蛋豆腐。在收口处,沾上少许水封口。
3.把(2)放入烧热油的锅里,将两面煎至金黄色。
4.在另一个锅里,烧热2大匙油, 爆香小葱头至金黄色,然后加入白色部分的青葱。再倒入3/4杯水,生抽和糖。
5.煮至滚,试味 。如太咸,可加入少许糖。
6.将酱汁淋在豆腐上,再以青色部分的青葱装饰即可。

Seaweed Tofu Rolls
Ingredients :
3 tubes egg tofu
18 pcs seasoned seaweed snack ( nori )
cornstarch for dusting
Sauce ingredients :
3 shallots ( chopped )
3tbsp light soy sauce
1/2tsp sugar
2 sprigs of spring onion ( white and green separated and sliced )
Method :
1. Cut each tube of tofu into 4pcs.
2. Dust one piece of seaweed snack with cornstarch and paste it onto a moist tofu , if the seaweed is not enough to wrap around , add 1/2pc more . If the edge don’t stick , moisten them .
3. Pan fry the wrapped tofu until they turn golden .
4. In a clean pan , heat some oil , around 2tbsp and sauté the chopped shallots until golden , add in white parts of spring onion . Put in 3/4 cup of water and then soy sauce and sugar .
5. Let it simmer for a while  , taste it and adjust to your preference . The sauce should be nicely seasoned and slightly sweet  .
6. Pour the sauce over the fried tofu and sprinkle green parts of spring onion over .
