自制面包脆片 / 甜菜根沾酱~ Home-made tortilla chips / Beetroot dip

自制面包脆片

材料:
Tortilla  8
橄榄油
罂粟仔
幼盐
甜椒粉

             
做法

1.预热烤箱 180度。

2.用刷子涂上少许橄榄油 。洒上幼盐和罂粟仔混合料.

3. 用刀切成你要的形状 。放在烤盘上。( 我切成8片)。

4.烤8分钟或至脆。

5.待冷即可配上沾酱享用。

Home-made tortilla chips

Ingredients:
8 pieces of tortilla
Olive oil
Poppy Seeds
fine salt
sweet paprika powder

( mine was fine salt + poppy seeds and fine salt + sweet paprika powder . Mix well )

 
Method :

1. Preheat oven at 180C.

2. Brush the bread with some olive oil.  Sprinkle some fine salt and poppy seeds mixture on the bread .

3. Cut the bread in the shapes that you like (either triangle or rectangle strips) and place them neatly on 2 baking trays.  I cut it into 8 pieces .

4. Bake for 8 minutes or till the bread becomes crisp and lightly coloured.

5. Let the chips to cool down completely on the wiring rack before packing to the air-tight container. Serve with dipping sauce .
 
                                          


甜菜根沾酱

材料:
甜菜根 400g  (切小块,沥干水分)
蒜茸  1茶匙
芫茜粉  1茶匙
小茴香粉 2茶匙
柠檬汁  2茶匙
原味优酪  175g

做法

1 .全部材料用搅拌机打至幼滑.


Beetroot dip

Ingredients :
400g beetroot  ( cut into cubed and drained
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp coriander, ground
2 tsp cumin, ground
2 tsp lemon juice
175g NESTLE ALL NATURAL Natural Style Yogurt

 
Method:

1. Combine beetroot, garlic, coriander, cumin, lemon juice and yogurt. Process until roughly chopped .
