芥菜焖饭 ~ Mustard cabbage rice

芥菜焖饭

材料:
白米  300g
虾米   40g
烧肉  200 g 切粒
芥菜   400g
蒜茸  1小匙
小葱茸  1大匙
清水  350ml

调味料
   1小匙
鸡精粉   1小匙  我没放
胡椒粉  1小匙
麻油  1小匙

 
做法

1.白米洗净,漏干水份。芥菜洗净后切丝,挤干水份。

2.锅里烧热2大匙食油,加入蒜茸和小葱茸以慢火炒香,拌入虾米和烧肉同炒香浓。

3.放入白米和调味料翻炒片刻。把材料转移电饭锅内,注入清水,煮成熟饭,即可。

Mustard cabbage rice

Ingredients :
rice  300g
dried shrimps 40g
cruncy pork / roasted pork  200g ( diced )
mustard cabbage 400g
chopped garlic    1tsp
chopped shallot  1tbsp
water  350ml

Seasoning  :
salt   1tsp
chicken stock powder  1tsp
pepper  1tsp
sesame oil 1tsp

 
Method :

1. Wash the rice and drain . Rinse the mustard cabbage and shredded , squeezed out excess water , keep aside .

2. Heat 2tbsp cooking oil to sauté the garlic and shallot over low heat until fragrant , add the dried shrimps and crunchy pork , stir well .

3. Add in rice and seasoning , toss well . Next , put rice mixture into rice cooker . Add water , and cook until rice is cooked . Serve hot .
