法国廊酒鸡 ~ Stir-fry Ginger Chicken with D.O.M

食谱取自 Cuisine Paradise


半只鸡 切块
6 ~ 8 (切丝)
1 ~ 2汤匙 麻油
1/2 法国廊酒
3/4 姜酒 我自己多加的)
1/2茶匙 黑酱油 ( 我没放
1/2 ~ 1茶匙 生抽

1茶匙 姜汁
1/2茶匙 黑酱油
1/2茶匙 生抽
1茶匙 麻油
1/2汤匙 绍兴酒

1.鸡肉块加入腌料腌15 ~ 60分钟。



4. 熄火。最后加入枸杞和芫茜即可。

Stir-fry Ginger Chicken with D.O.M

Ingredients :
1/2 Portion of Chicken ( cut into bite-size )
6 ~ 8 slices Of Ginger ( julienne )
1 ~ 2 tbsp sesame Oil
1/2 cup  D.O.M Benedictine
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce ( I omit it and replace with 3/4cup ginger wine )
1/2 - 1 tsp of light soy sauce
Some wolfberries and coriander

Marinade :
1tsp ginger juice
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp light soy sauce
1tsp sesame oil
1/2tbsp ShaoXing wine

Method :
1. Lightly marinate the chicken pieces at least 15 minutes to an hour in the fridge.

2. Preheat frying pan with sesame oil and sauté  shredded ginger till fragrant and slightly golden in colour.

3. Add in marinated chicken and stir-fry till slight brown, add in D.O.M, light and dark soy sauce and simmer on low heat (cover) for another 5 ~ 10 minutes or more until chicken is cooked through.

4. Turn off the heat, stir-in wolfberries and extra drizzle of sesame oil (optional). Ladle on plate, top with coriander and serve immediately with steamed white rice.
