法国面包布丁 ~ Baguette Bread and Butter Pudding



食谱取自 Baby Sumo


1条法国面包 (切成1cm厚)
50g 葡萄干
275ml  鲜奶
60ml  鲜奶油
50g 细砂糖
3 鸡蛋  (打散
1/4茶匙 豆寇粉
1/2茶匙 肉桂粉

打发鲜奶油 / 香草冰淇淋


2.搪瓷烤盘和切片面包涂上少许牛油 。把切好的面包摆好,撒上葡萄干.

3.  牛奶,鮮奶油和细砂糖搅拌均匀,加入打散的蛋稍微拌勻,然后加入豆寇粉和肉桂粉。


5.把布丁放入预热的烤箱里,烤30 ~ 35分钟。即可配上打发鲜奶油 / 香草冰淇淋享用。

Baguette bread and butter pudding

1 baguettecut into 1cm thick slices
50g currants or raisins
275ml full cream milk
60ml whipping cream
50g caster sugar
3 eggs beaten
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
some butter

To serve :
Whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or pouring cream

Method :
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (no fan).

2. Butter an enamel baking dish . Butter the baguette pieces, and then arrange buttered bread over the base of the baking dish and sprinkle half the currants/raisins over.

3. In a measuring jug, measure out the milk and add the cream. Stir in the caster sugar until well dissolved, then whisk the eggs into the milk mixture and add in ground nutmeg and cinnamon.

4.Pour the milk-egg mixture over the bread .

5. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Leave to cool for 5 mins and serve warm. You can serve it on its own or with some pouring cream, vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
