韩式凉拌菜 ~ Korean Spinach / Shigumchi Namul ( 시금치나물 )


食谱取自 Beyond Kimchee


1 大棵  波菜 切段)
2 茶匙 韩式豆瓣酱
2 茶匙 韩式辣椒酱
1 茶匙 蒜茸
2 茶匙 麻油
2 茶匙 芝麻



3.加入全部调味料,搅拌均匀。 ( 1 )

Korean Spinach

Ingredients :
1 bunch spinach  (cut into a few section if you prefer shorter length)
2 tsp Korean soybean paste (doenjang)
2 tsp Korean chili paste (gochujang)
1 tsp  chopped garlic
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sesame seeds

Method :
1. Cut off the tips of spinach and clean thoroughly. Boil a pot of water and blanch the spinach for 1 minute.

2 .Rinse under cold water and squeeze out making a ball shape to remove some water.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl , using your finger tips smear the doenjang and gochujang pastes together to combine and then toss everything together as you gently massage around the spinach, so that every strand of spinach will get seasoned.  ( Picture 1 )

5 .Taste and adjust seasoning as you like.
