脆腐皮香酥鸡 ~ Crispy Beancurd Skin Vegetarian Chicken



食谱取自 :女人味

脆腐皮香酥鸡

材料:
2 1/2块 腐竹皮
150g 素香酥鸡 (切半)
少许咖哩叶 (切碎)
牙签适量

调味料:
1/2大匙 英国咖哩粉/瓶装咖哩粉
1/2大匙 粟粉
1大匙 清水
1/2大匙 花生酱
1/2大匙 素蚝油

做法 :
1. 香酥鸡加入调味料和咖哩叶碎拌匀,腌渍30分钟。

2. 腐竹皮用湿布盖上待软化,剪成适宜长形,备用。

3. 用一片腐竹皮,加上适量腌过的香酥鸡。包起,做成三角形(我做成长形),用牙签定形。

4. 把香酥鸡卷放入热油里,中火炸熟至金黄香脆。捞起,沥干油份,即可上桌。

Crispy Beancurd Skin Vegetarian Chicken

Ingredients :
2 1/2sheet beancurd skins
150g vegetarian chicken ( halved )
some curry leaves ( chopped )
some toothpicks

Seasoning :
1/2tbsp bottled curry powder
1/2tbsp cornflour
1tbsp water
1/2tbsp peanut butter
1/2tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce

Method  :
1. Combine vegetarian chicken with seasoning and curry leaves , mix well . Marinate for 30 minutes .

2. Cover the beancurd skin with a wet towel till soften .Cut into rectangle shape . Set aside .

3. Wrap some vegetarian chicken with a piece of beancurd skin and make into triangle shapes ( I make into roll shape ). Seal with toothpicks .
4. Deep fry vegetarian chicken rolls in hot oil over medium heat till golden brown and crispy . Dish out , drain and serve .
