1/2小匙 麻油
1/2小匙 胡椒粉
做法 :

1.
把熟花肉连皮切 片,沥干水分后入热油泡一会,捞起沥除油分,放置备用。

锅里留2大匙热油,爆香蒜茸,加入其余材料同炒香浓。
3.
加入调味料略炒一会,然后以少许粟粉水勾芡,最后洒上绍兴酒,即可上碟。

Cut the cooked pork belly into slices , drain well . Parboil into hot oil for a
while . Remove and drained . Keep aside for later use .

Leave 2tbsp hot oil in the preheated wok to fragrant chopped garlic . Add in
the rest of the ingredients , stir-fry briskly until aromatic .
3.Add
in seasoning , toss well , thicken with a little cornstarch solutions . Lastly
, splash in Shaoxing wine . Dish up and serve hot .
