柠檬芝麻鸡 ~ Lemon Sauce with Sesame Fried Chicken

柠檬芝麻鸡

材料 :
2只 鸡大腿
少许芝麻 ( 炒香 )

腌料 :
1/4小匙 麻油
1小匙 生抽
1/2小匙
1/2小匙 胡椒粉
3大匙 薯粉

汁料 ( 拌匀 ) :
2大匙 柠檬汁
1大匙 桔子汁
2大匙 酸梅酱
1大匙 白米醋
2大匙
2大匙 清水

做法 :
1. 鸡腿洗净后斩块 ,加入腌料拌匀 ,腌30分钟。然后放入热油中以大火炸香呈金黄色或至熟,捞起沥干油分备用。

2. 把混合汁料煮沸,加入1大匙粟粉水勾芡,并煮至汁料浓稠为止,盛起淋在炸好的的鸡块上,洒上芝麻即可食用。

Lemon Sauce with Sesame Fried Chicken

Ingredients :
2 nos ( about 300g ) chicken whole leg
some sesame seeds ( toasted )

Marinade :
1/4tsp sesame oil
1tsp light soy sauce
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp pepper
3tbsp tapioca flour

Sauce ( Mix well ) :
2tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp calamansi lime juice
2tbsp plum sauce
1tbsp Chinese rice vinegar
2tbsp sugar
2tbsp water

Method :
1.Rinse the chicken whole legs and cut into pieces . Season with marinade , mix well and marinate for 30 minutes . Deep-fry into hot oil over high heat until golden in colour and crispy or cooked through . Remove and drained , ready to use .

2. Bring the sauce mixture to a boil , thicken with 1tbsp cornstarch solutions . Dish out , pour over to the prefried chicken pieces . Sprinkle with some sesame seeds . Serve hot  .
