洛神花冰棒 ~ Roselle Ice Pops






洛神花冰棒

材料 :
600g 去籽洛神花
细砂糖适量
1/2 柠檬 ( 取汁 )
1500ml

做法 :
1. 将去籽的洛神花洗干净。煮滚一锅水,加入洛神花瓣和细砂糖,小火煮约40分钟。然后加入柠檬汁,搅拌均匀。把洛神花渣过滤。( 洛神花渣可用来制作果酱
2. 将洛神花水倒入模里,放入冰格,半凝固后插入木棒。冷藏4小时或至凝固。
Roselle Ice Pops

Ingredients :
600g deseeded fresh roselle petals ( calyx )
caster sugar ( sweetness adjust to your taste )
1/2 lemon juice ( squeeze out juice )
1500ml water
Method :
1. Wash the red flashy calyx till clean . Bring water to boil , add in roselle petals and caster sugar. Boil over low heat for 40 minutes , then add lemon juice . Stir until well combined . Strained to get home-made roselle juice . ( I used the cooked roselle petals to make jam )
2. Pour into moulds and freeze until slushy  , then insert sticks and freeze until solid , for at least 4 hours .
