洛神花冰棒
材料 :

去籽洛神花
细砂糖适量
1/2粒 柠檬 ( 取汁 )
1500ml
水
做法 :

将洛神花水倒入模里,放入冰格,半凝固后插入木棒。冷藏4小时或至凝固。
Roselle

Ingredients
:
600g
deseeded fresh roselle petals ( calyx )
caster
sugar ( sweetness adjust to your taste )
1/2
lemon juice ( squeeze out juice )
1500ml
water
Method
:
1.
Wash the red flashy calyx till clean . Bring water to boil , add in roselle
petals and caster sugar. Boil over low heat for 40 minutes , then add lemon
juice . Stir until well combined . Strained to get home-made roselle juice . (
I used the cooked roselle petals to make jam )
2.
Pour into moulds and freeze until slushy
, then insert sticks and freeze until solid , for at least 4 hours .
