简易烘烤马铃薯泥 ~ Baked Mashed Potatoes with Cheddar Cheese







简易烘烤马铃薯泥

材料:
5 马铃薯
150g 肉碎
2 洋葱 切片)
1茶匙 蒜茸
1/4 茶匙
半杯  creamy pasta sauce / 白酱 可用鲜奶取代
奶油 ,盐和胡椒粉适量
车达芝士丝 适量

 
做法 :
1.  马铃薯切小块,加水煮或蒸至软,沥干水分。 备用。

2.将煮软的马铃薯压成泥。

3.加入carbonara, 奶油, 盐和胡椒粉调味。

4.锅烧热少许油,爆香蒜茸,加入洋葱和肉碎炒至熟。 1

5.把(4)加入马铃薯泥里拌均。 倒入烤碗里,撒上车达芝士丝。 2

6放入预热烤箱里以180度烤15分钟或至金黄色即可。

 

Baked Mashed Potatoes with Cheddar Cheese

Ingredients :
5 potatoes
150g minced meat
2 onion ( sliced )
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup creamy pasta sauce ( can replace with fresh milk )
some butter , salt and pepper
shredded cheddar cheese

 
Method :
1.  Potatoes cut into small chunks , cook or steam until soft . Drain excess water and set aside .

2.  Mash the potatoes with fork .

3. Add in carbonara sauce  , butter , salt and pepper .

4. Heat the wok with some cooking oil , sauté chopped garlic , then add in onion and minced meat . Stir-fry until  fragrant and cooked . ( Picture 1 )

5.  Add  the cooked meat into mashed potatoes and mix until well combined . Pour into bowl and sprinkle some shredded cheese . ( Picture 2 )

6. Bake in the preheated oven at 180c for 15minutes or until golden brown .
