奥立奥香蕉芝士蛋糕 ~ Oreo Banana Cheesecake

 

 
 
 

为妈妈的65岁大寿做的芝士蛋糕 。香蕉+奥立奥饼干~ 味道还不错哦!


食谱取自 我和芝士蛋糕的秘密

奥立奥香蕉芝士蛋糕

材料:
饼底
160g 奥立奥饼干碎
80g 溶化牛油

芝士馅
450g 奶油芝士
100g 细砂糖
200g  香蕉肉
1大匙 柠檬汁
3 鸡蛋
150g 酸奶
1大匙 粟粉
1/4小匙 香蕉香精
2大匙 兰姆酒
25g  奥立奥饼干碎

做法
1 饼底 将所有材料混匀,然后紧紧压在一个18公分/7寸烘盘里。

2.芝士馅 :将奶油芝士,糖,香蕉肉和柠檬汁搅拌成软滑,逐粒将鸡蛋加入,拌匀。
            

3.加入酸奶油,粟粉,香蕉香精和兰姆酒,拌入奥立奥饼干碎,搅拌均匀。

4.把芝士馅倒入烘盘里,盛入预热烤箱以170度烘约40 ~ 45分钟或至熟。取出待冷却,存入冰箱冷冻。

5 以香蕉片和巧克力,旁边以奥立奥饼干装饰。

 
小贴士
** 我用9寸模 ,材料分量是10寸模的。所以将材料x 2.04 .
** 底层我用了大概230g 饼干碎 & 90g溶化牛油。

Oreo Banana Cheesecake

Ingredients :
160g crushed oreo biscuits
80g melted butter

Filling :
450g cream cheese
100g caster sugar
200g banana flesh
1tbsp lemon juice
3 eggs
150g sour cream
1tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp banana essence
2tbsp rum
25g crushed oreo biscuits

Method :
1. To make base , stir all ingredients until well combined . Press mixture into base of 18cm / 7 inches cake tin .

2. To make filling : Beat cream cheese , sugar , banana flesh and lemon juice until smooth . Beat in eggs , one at a time , beat well after each addition .

3. Then add in sour cream , cornstarch , banana essence and rum . Stir in crushed oreo biscuits until blended .

4. Pour filling into tin . Bake in preheated oven at 170c for 40 ~ 45 minutes or until cooked . Remove from heat and leave to cool . Chill in fridge .

5. Decorate with banana slices and chocolate , sides with oreo biscuits .

  
Tips :
** I used 9” mould / cake tin  , but ingredients are for 10” mould  ( all ingredients x 2.04 ) .
** For the base , I used 230g crushed biscuits & 90g melted butter .
