久违了的公仔饼 ， 有没有勾起你小时的回忆呢 ？
食谱取自 ： 新新饮食@第91期（我做了少许更改 ）
1粒 蛋黄 （打散 ） + 1汤匙 鲜奶，搅拌均匀后过滤
2．将粉团分成25g的小团，用模按出花纹，排在烤盘里。( 我用鱼形木模，1粒 = 30g )
3．放入已预热的烤箱里，以170c烤 8 ~ 10分钟，取出待冷一会儿（大约10分钟后），涂上蛋液，再烤多15 ~ 20分钟即可。

Ingredients :300g plain flour
240g mooncake syrup
75g peanut oil
1/2tsp alkaline water
1 egg yolk ( beaten , for glazing ) + 1tbsp fresh milk , mix until well combined and strain .
1. Combine all ingredients and mix into a dough . Cover with a piece of damp towel and rest for 2 hours .
2. Divide dough into small parts , about 25g each . Press into mooncake mould and knock out . Arrange onto a baking tray . ( I used fish wooden mould , about 30g each )
3. Bake in the preheated oven at 170c for 8 ~ 10minutes . Remove and leave to cool slightly . Glaze with beaten egg and bake for another 15 ~ 20minutes . Remove and leave to cool on wire rack .
