黄糖云片糕 ~ Brown Sugar Snowy Cake








食谱取自 名食谱@81

黄糖云片糕

材料 A :
300g 糕粉
150g 糖粉
80g 花生油
50g 白奶油
150g 糖浆

材料B :
100g 黄糖

做法
1 把全部材料A拌匀,拌成屑粒状。

2.取出150g粉屑,加入黄糖拌均匀,待用。把剩余的粉屑分成两等份。

3.准备一个8 x 6寸蒸盘,先把一份粉屑放入蒸盘里,铺平;压紧,然后加入黄糖粉屑,铺平;压紧。最后,加入另一份粉屑,同样铺平后压紧。

4.大火预热蒸炉,熄火。把云片糕放入蒸笼,盖上;炬3 ~ 5分,盛起,放置待冷。小心把云片糕扣出,切块,即可食用。

Brown Sugar Snowy Cake

Ingredients A :
300g “ Koh fun “ / fried glutinous rice flour
200g icing sugar
80g peanut oil
50g shortening
150g golden syrup

Ingredients B :
100g brown sugar


Method :
1.  Combine ingredients A and mix become crumb forms .

2. Remove 150g of mixture and mix it with brown sugar , set aside . Evenly divide original mixture into two portions .

3. In a  8 x 6 inches steaming tin , spread a portion of original mixture and pressed tightly . Top with brown sugar mixture , and tightly flatten surface with spatula or palm . Finally , spoon in the remaining mixture , pressed tightly .

4. Preheat steamer over high heat , once boiled , flameout . Put in snowy cake , covered for 3 ~ 5 minutes . Remove from heat and leave to cool . Carefully upside down the snowy cake from tin , cut into pieces and serve .
