材料： （ 450g 模 ）
130 ~ 140g 水
High melt cheese 适量 （ 切丁）
做法：1. 除了奶油和High melt-cheese ，把所有材料混合，用低速搅拌成团。
6. 把面团杆长形 , 加入high melt cheese, 再卷起 . 放入吐司模，发酵至9分满，盖上盖即可。
Onion Spice Toast
Ingredients: （ 450g loaf pan )250g bread flour/ high protein flour
60g onion spice
20g castor sugar
130 ~ 140g water
15g unsalted butter
some high melt cheese ( cubed )
Method :1 . Add all ingredients ( except unsalted butter and high melt cheese ) into the mixing bowl and start knead with speed 1 or 2 to let it comes into a rough dough. Continue mixing into a smooth dough.
2. Add in butter continue knead into a smooth and elastic dough.
3. Put into a bowl , cover with cling wrap and proof for 60 minutes or dough double its size.
4. Punch down the dough to expel air. Divide dough into 2 equal portions, roll round and let it sit for 15 minutes.
5. Rolled out into flat rectangle and roll back into a Swiss roll. Rest for 15 minutes .
6. Repeat step 5 again , add in high melt cheese . Pinch and sealed the join and place into a greased loaf pan with the seam side facing down. Proof for another 45 minutes or double it's size .
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40 minutes . Turn the bread out onto a cooling rack and allow them to cool . Once cooled , trim into slices and Serve .
