养血淮山乌鸡汤
材料:
1只乌鸡鲜淮山 500g
北芪 20g
8粒红枣
水 1200ml
白米酒
1.乌鸡放入滚水中烫一烫。
2.将全部材料放入炖盅里,加入水。
3.放入锅里小火炖3小时,加入适量盐和酒,趁热饮用。

Method :
