椰子糖 ~ Coconut candy

 






 
食谱取自 名食谱 / FB 网友 不好意思,我忘记她的名字哦!

椰子糖

材料:
200g 椰糖(圆柱形的)切碎
150g 麥芽糖
1 大匙白糖
250ml 椰漿

彩色玻璃纸适量

做法:

1. 将所有材料放入锅子内,以中火不停搅煮约30分钟至浓稠及转色( 1)。取岀適量混合物滴在冷水中,若是椰糖马上可以凝固表示煮透。( 也可以用温度计。温度达到130度就可以了 : 2 )

2. 把煮透的椰糖倒在己涂上食油的桌面/烘盤上 , 先用刮刀把椰糖推在一起,手上搽些油然后将椰糖揉成长条( 3 ),然后快手切成小段 ( 4 ) .

3. 等椰糖冷却后用彩色玻璃纸包起就大功告成了。

 

Coconut candy

Ingredients :
palm sugar 200g ( cylinder type ) chopped
maltose  150g
sugar 1tbsp
coconut milk 250ml

some candy wrappers

 
Method :

1.  Put all ingredients in a pot , cook at medium heat and stirring constantly for 30 minutes until thick and turns to darker colour ( pic 1 ) . Take a drop of the mixture and mix it with cold water . If the coconut mixture is solid , it means that it’s cooked .  ( can use thermometer as well , if it reach 130c it means that it’s cooked  : pic 2 ) .

2. Greased some oil at the baking tray ( and your hand as well ! ) and pour the cooked coconut mixture into the tray  . Roll it into long strips ( pic 3 ) . Cut into small pieces ( pic 4 ) .

3. Let the candy cool down completely and wrap with candy wrappers .
