瓦煲老鼠粉 ~ Claypot loh shu fen




 
 
食谱取自 新新饮食 ,第83

瓦煲老鼠粉

材料:
  3大匙
蒜茸 1大匙
肉碎  100g
老鼠粉  300g  我用自制的!)

调味料:
生抽   2大匙
蚝油  1大匙
黑酱油  1小匙
   100ml
青葱  1 ,切粒
1大匙炸脆咸鱼粒

 
做法

1.烧热油,爆香蒜茸,加入肉碎炒香。

2 加入老鼠粉和调味料大火炒匀。

3 烧热瓦煲,放入老鼠粉。打入鸡蛋,洒上青葱粒和咸鱼粒,享用时拌匀即可。

Claypot Loh Shu Fen

Ingredients :
oil  3tbsp
chopped garlic 1tbsp
minced meat 100g
loh shu fen  300g ( I used homemade loh shu fen )
1 egg

 
Seasoning :
light soya sauce     2tbsp
oyster sauce    1tbsp
dark soya sauce 1tsp
water 100ml
1 stalk spring onion ,  diced
1 tbsp crispy fried salted fish  

 
Method :

1. Heat up oil and sauté chopped garlic until aromatic. Add in minced meat and stir-fry until fragrant .

2. Add in loh shu fen , seasoning  and stir-fry over high heat until well mixed .

3. Heat up claypot  , put loh shu fen into the heated claypot and crack an egg in the centre . Sprinkle spring onion and salted fish on top . Serve .
