中东鹰嘴豆丸
材料:
鹰嘴豆 1罐,沥干中型洋葱 1粒,切碎
蒜茸 1汤匙
芫茜 2汤匙 ,切碎
小茴香 3/4茶匙
盐 1/2茶匙
面粉 2汤匙
炸油适量
1.先将鹰嘴豆用叉子搓烂。然后其余材料搅拌均匀成团状。(也可用搅拌机)
2.用汤匙舀出适合的大小,搓圆。以中火炸至金黄色。
Falafel
is a popular Middle Eastern food that is made with spiced chickpeas and fava
beans that are ground into a paste, formed into balls, and then fried.
Falafel
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, drained and mashed 1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsps fresh parsley, finely chopped
3/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsps flour
oil for frying (canola or vegetable)
1. Combine chickpeas, garlic, onion, coriander, cumin, salt and pepper (to taste) in medium bowl. Add flour and combine well.. You can also combine ingredients in a food processor.
2. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a ping pong ball. Fry at medium heat until golden brown .
