如意金片~ Crispy beancurd skin with creamy hot sauce

 



 

食谱取自 新新饮食 ,第64

如意金片

材料:
10  豆包
5大匙 面包糠
2 杯炸油

腌料:
1/4 小匙盐
1大匙 面粉
1/4小匙 麻油

 
汁料:
1 大匙 牛油 / 马芝林
2支 咖喱叶
1/2 小匙 黑胡椒碎
4大匙 淡奶
1/2 大匙 素蚝油
1/2 小匙 糖

做法

1.豆包加入腌料拌匀,沾上面包糠,放入热油中炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油分。

2.烧热马芝林爆香咖喱叶,加入其余汁料煮滚。

3 放入炸豆包快速拌匀即可上碟享用。

Crispy beancurd skin with creamy hot sauce

Ingredients :
10 pieces fresh bean curd skin
5 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 cups oil for frying

Marinade :
1/4  tsp salt
1 tbsp plain flour
1/4 tsp sesame oil

Sauce :
1 tbsp margarine / butter
2 sprigs curry leaves
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
4tbsp evaporated milk
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
 

Method :

1. Combine fresh beancurd skin with marinade and mix well . Coat with breadcrumbs and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy  . Dish and drain .

2. Heat up margarine and sauté curry leaves until fragrant . Add in the remaining sauce ingredients and bring to boil .

3. Add crispy beancurd skin and stir-fry until well mixed . Dish up and serve .
