杏花鸡排 ~ Almond Fried Chicken Chop

杏花鸡排

材料:
2个全鸡腿
50g  杏仁粒
1 鸡蛋 (打散)

调味料:
  1/2小匙
麻油  1小匙
1小匙
酱油 1/2小匙
胡椒粉   1小匙
粟粉  1/2大匙

 
做法
1 将鸡腿去骨,然后用松肉器把肉拍松,加入调味料拌匀,腌渍20分钟。

2.把鸡腿涂上蛋液,再沾上杏仁粒,放入热油里以大火炸熟呈金黄色,捞起,沥油,切片食用。

Almond Fried Chicken Chop

Ingredients :
2 nos whole chicken leg
50g almond nibs
1 no egg ( beaten )

Seasoning :
1/2tsp salt
1tsp sesame oil
1tsp sugar
1tbsp oyster sauce
1/2tsp light soy sauce
1tsp pepper
1/2tbsp cornflour


Method :
1. Remove the bone of the chicken leg , pounding meat with a mallet until tender . Mix it with seasoning , marinate for 20 minutes .

2. Rub meat with beaten egg all over the chicken leg , then coat with almond nibs . Deep-fry in hot oil at high heat until cooked and golden in colour . Dish out , drain well and sliced . Serve at once .
