韩式辣味炸鸡 ~ Korean Fried Chicken / Yangnyeom Tongdak ( 양념통닭 )

韩式辣味炸鸡

材料:
8
蒜末 1茶匙
黑胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
1茶匙
鮮奶 200ml
炸鸡粉

辣醬材料:
韩国辣椒醬 3大匙
番茄醬 3大匙
辣椒粉 1茶匙
糖漿 4大匙
1大匙
醬油1大匙
白醋 2茶匙
5大匙
蒜末2茶匙
洋蔥末2茶匙
白芝麻

 
做法 :
1.將洗淨的鸡腿用鮮奶泡約30分钟后將鸡腿用清水洗淨,沥干水份。

2.將鸡腿移至碗中,加入蒜末、盐和胡椒粉搅拌均勻。醃制约1小時。

3.將鸡腿均勻沾上炸鸡粉。锅中烧热油,將鸡腿下锅炸至金黄色,起锅沥干备用。 ( 1

 4.取另一锅,爆香蒜末与洋蔥末。將辣椒醬、番茄醬、辣椒粉、糖漿、糖、醬油、醋和水加入锅中,煮至浓稠。 2

5.将炸鸡腿放入鍋中,拌勻均勻,撒上芝麻即可。 3

备註:
可以一次过將辣醬预先烹煮好,放涼冷藏。需要用時加热即可。

Korean Fried Chicken /  Yangnyeom Tongdak  ( 양념통닭 )

Ingredients:
8 drumsticks
1tsp minced garlic
1/2tsp black pepper
1tsp salt
200ml milk
fried chicken flour

 
Sauce ingredients:
3tbsp gochujang (red pepper paste)
3tbsp tomato sauce
1tsp gochugaru (red pepper flakes)
4tbsp oligodang (Korean rice syrup)
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp soy sauce
2tsp white vinegar
5tbsp water
2tsp minced garlic
2tsp minced onion
sesame

 
Method :
1. In a large bowl, soak drumsticks in milk for 30minutes . Wash the drumsticks with tap water, drain and set aside.

2. In another large bowl, season the chicken with garlic, pepper and salt, marinate for 1hour.

3. Coat all the chicken evenly with fried chicken flour. Heat the oil in pan, add in drumsticks and fry till golden brown, drained and set aside. ( Picture 1)

4. In another pan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add in gochujiang, tomato sauce, gochugaru, oligodang, sugar, soy sauce, water and vinegar, bring to boil. ( Picture 2 )

5. Pour over fried chickens, stirring well to coat evenly. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and ready to serve. ( Picture 3 )
