韩式凉拌菜
材料:
2 茶匙 韩式豆瓣酱
2 茶匙 韩式辣椒酱
1 茶匙 蒜茸
2 茶匙 麻油
2 茶匙 芝麻
1.波菜洗净。煮滚一锅水,将波菜灼熟。
2.将波菜放入冷水里过水,然后挤出多余的水。
4.试味,即可。
Korean Spinach
Ingredients :
1 bunch spinach
(cut into a few section if you prefer shorter length)2 tsp Korean soybean paste (doenjang)
2 tsp Korean chili paste (gochujang)
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sesame seeds
1. Cut off the tips of spinach and clean thoroughly. Boil a pot of water and blanch the spinach for 1 minute.
2 .Rinse under cold water and squeeze out
making a ball shape to remove some water.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients into the
bowl , using your finger tips smear the doenjang and gochujang pastes together
to combine and then toss everything together as you gently massage around the
spinach, so that every strand of spinach will get seasoned. ( Picture 1 )
5 .Taste and adjust seasoning as you like.
