韩式烤肉醬 / 辣椒酱
bulgogi marinade /Korean chilli paste
韩式烧烤肉
材料 :
猪肉薄片 500g
洋蔥 1/2個 (切成丝狀)
1汤匙 韩式辣椒酱
1 ~ 2汤匙 韩式烤肉醬
1茶匙 韩式麻油 ( 也可用普通麻油 )
1 1/2汤匙 醬油
2茶匙 蒜茸
1茶匙 白芝麻
1汤匙食油
做法:
1. 將薄肉片加入腌料, 拌勻,醃约2小时 。备用。( 图1 )
2. 锅里烧热油,爆香洋葱丝至软。大概2 ~ 3分钟。( 图2)

3. 加入猪肉片,炒至熟。( 图3)

4. 再撒上白芝麻,即可 。

Korean Spicy Pork Bulgogi
Ingredients:
500g pork (sliced )
1/2 onion (thinly sliced )
Marinade :
1 tablespoon gochujang ( Korean chilli paste )
1-2 tablespoons spicy bulgogi marinade
1 teaspoon Korean sesame oil ( or use normal sesame oil if you do not have this )
1 1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1. Marinate pork with gochujang, spicy bulgogi marinade, sesame oil, minced garlic and light soy sauce. Set aside for about 2 hours (in the fridge).

2. Heat oil in wok or skillet. Stir-fry onion
until softened, about 2-3 minutes. ( Picture 2 )
3. Add pork, and stir-fry until cooked through. ( Picture 3 )
4. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve immediately
with rice.
