韩式泡菜煎饼
材料:
泡菜(挤干菜汁,切碎) 1杯泡菜汁 3 汤匙
洋葱(切碎)2 汤匙
盐 1/2 茶匙
糖 1/2 茶匙
面粉 1/2 杯
水 1/4杯
1.把所有材料全部混合均匀,用一个平底不粘锅,倒入少许油烧热,把面糊倒入,均匀的把面糊铺平,小火煎至两面金黄,即可。 (图1)

sugar

cup all-purpose flour
1/4
cup water
Method
:

Place
all ingredients in a bowl and mix well . Heat up a non-stick pan over medium
high heat and drizzle some cooking oil , place the mixture batter on the pan and spread it thinly and
evenly with a spoon. Cook it until the bottom gets golden brown and crispy. Turn
it over with a spatula or flip it. Serve . ( Picture 1 )
