韩式番薯饭 ~ Sweet Potato Rice / Goguma-bap (고구마밥)




 
 



食谱取自 Cass @ 揾到食 / Maangchi

韩式番薯饭

材料:
白米 1
番薯 500g
适量

调味料:
青葱(切碎) 1/2
蒜头 1瓣(切碎)
生抽 1/4
蜜糖 1tsp
白醋 2Tbsp
辣椒碎 1/2tsp
烤香白芝麻 1Tbsp

** 全部放入碗里,搅拌均匀。


做法 :
1.番薯去皮,切成1/2小丁。

2.白米洗干净,加入适量的水份,放入饭锅里煮,煮至水份快干时,加入番薯丁搅拌均匀,盖上电饭锅盖,继续煮至饭和番薯熟透。

3. 吃时,加入搅拌好的调味料,即可。

Sweet potato rice / Goguma-bap (고구마밥)

Ingredients (for 2-3 servings):
1 cup short grain rice
500g sweet potato
water

For seasoning sauce:
1/2 cup of chopped Asian chives (can be replaced with green onions)
1 clove of minced garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp honey or sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp hot pepper flakes
1 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds

 
** Combine all seasoning sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well .

 
Method :
1. Peel the sweet potatoes and rinse in cold water. Cut them into 1/2 inch cubes.

2. Put 1 cup of short grain rice in rice cooker. Rinse in cold water and drain . Cook the rice until half-cooked , then add in sweet potato . Close the lid and let it cook until the sweet potato and rice are cooked fully.

3. Transfer some to serving bowls and serve with seasoning sauce.
