自制炼乳 ~ Home-made Condensed Milk






食谱取自 Kenneth Goh

自制炼乳

材料:
2 全脂奶粉
1 1/2 白糖
1 热水
2 汤匙 溶化奶油
玻璃瓶 1 ~ 2 ( 100度沸水煮玻璃瓶5分钟以上消毒)

 
做法
1. 全部材料用搅拌机以高速打至糖溶解 , 加入溶化奶油再搅拌均匀. (  1 )

2. 待凉后,即可裝入玻璃瓶中保存 . 放进冰箱可存放1 ~ 2星期。

Home-made Condensed Milk

Ingredients :
2 cups full cream milk powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup  hot boiling water
2 tablespoons of melted butter  (optional) – to provide glossy effect and aromatic purposes.
1 ~ 2 cleaned and sterilized glass jar  ( sterilize the glass bottle with some boiling water for 5 minutes  )

 
Method :
1. In a whisking bowl, put in the hot boiling water, add in sugar and milk powder gradually and whisk at a high speed until it is creamy and fine. Scrap the sides of the whisking bowl and add in the melted butter and continue whisking until well mix. ( Picture 1 )

2. Let it cool completely before store in the fridge. Can keep to 1-2 weeks if clean utensils were used.
