糖沙翁 ~ Sugar Puff Doughnuts

 
 



 
 
这几天二宝和三宝一直吵着要带“own food “ 去幼儿园。今天为了不让他们再次的失望,所以七早八早起身炸了这个口感有点像泡芙的糖沙翁.
 

食谱取自 :新新饮食@89

糖沙翁

材料:
牛奶100g
  100g
奶油 100g
高筋面粉  140g
鸡蛋4
5杯炸油
糖粉 2大匙

 
做法
1.将牛奶,水和牛油放入锅里一起煮滚即关火,倒入高筋面粉拌匀,待微冷逐粒加入鸡蛋充分拌匀。
                 

2.烧热炸油,到起一大匙面糊(可用另一支汤匙将面糊刮入热油中),用中火炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油。

3.洒上糖粉即可享用。

 

小贴士
~ 水和牛油一定要煮滚,离火要趁热马上倒入粉拌匀。这样才能做到内里松软的效果

Sugar Puff Doughnuts

Ingredients :
100g fresh milk
100g water
100g butter
140g high protein flour
4 eggs
5 cups oil for deep-frying
2 tbsp icing sugar

 
Method :
1. Bring milk , water and butter to boil . Remove from heat and add in high protein flour and stir immediately to form paste .Leave to cool slightly and add in eggs one by one and mix well .

2. Heat-up oil for deep-frying , scoop up about 1tbsp of batter and push batter by using another tablespoon . Fry sugar puff doughnuts until golden brown by using medium heat . Dish and drain .

3. Dust with icing sugar and serve .
