养血淮山乌鸡汤 ~ Chinese Yam and black chicken soup

养血淮山乌鸡汤

材料:
1只乌鸡
鲜淮山  500g
北芪  20g
8粒红枣
1200ml

 
盐适量
白米酒

 
做法

1.乌鸡放入滚水中烫一烫。

2.将全部材料放入炖盅里,加入水。

3.放入锅里小火炖3小时,加入适量盐和酒,趁热饮用。

Chinese Yam and black chicken soup

Ingredients :
1 black chicken
“ Bei Qi “ 20g
8 red dates
1200ml water

Salt to taste
Rice wine

Method :

1. Blanch black chicken in boiling water for a while . Dish and drain .

2. Put all ingredients into a double-boiler .

3. Double-boil over low heat for 3 hours . Add salt and rice wine to taste . Serve hot
