红酱烤鸡腿
材料 :
8只 鸡腿1大匙 蒜茸
2大匙 橄榄油
腌料:
5大匙 红椒酱1/2小匙 盐
少许胡椒粉
做法 :
1. 将鸡腿的肉和皮分开,加入腌料拌匀。
2. 再将蒜茸塞入鸡皮下,腌3小时。
3. 鸡腿排放在烤盘上,淋上橄榄油。
4. 送入预热烤箱以220度烤30分钟或至金黄色熟透,即可取出享用。

Mojo Roasted Chicken Thighs
Ingredients :
8 chicken thighs1tbsp chopped garlic
2tbsp olive oil
Marinade :
5tbsp red mojo sauce
1/2tsp salt
Dash of pepper
Method :
1. Rub marinade all
over chicken thigh including between the skin and the meat .
2. Insert the chopped
garlic under the skin of chicken and marinate for 3 hours .
3. Arrange marinated
chicken thighs onto a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil .
4. Roast in a preheated
oven at 220c for 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked well . Remove and
serve .
