虾酱芫荽蒸五花腩片 ~ Steamed Pork Belly with Shrimp Sauce and Coriander

虾酱芫荽蒸五花腩片

材料:
300g 五花腩( 去皮,切片)
1 红辣椒 ( 切圈 )
2大匙 芫荽

调味料:
1 1/2大匙 咸虾酱
1小匙 砂糖
1大匙 姜汁
1小匙 蒜茸
1小匙 粟粉
1大匙 食油
1大匙 清水
1大匙 绍兴酒

做法
1. 将五腩片,红辣椒,1大匙的芫荽末,加入调味料拌匀。

2. 盛入预热蒸炉,盖上,以中火蒸15分钟至熟,取出,撒下其余 芫荽,即可上桌。

Steamed Pork Belly with Shrimp Sauce and Coriander

Ingredients :
300g pork belly  ( skinned , sliced )
1 red chilli ( cut into rings )
2tbsp coriander ( finely chopped )

Seasoning  :
1 1/2tbsp salted shrimp sauce
1tsp caster sugar
1tbsp ginger juice
1tsp chopped garlic
1tsp corn flour
1tbsp cooking oil
1tbsp water
1tbsp Shaoxing wine

Method :
1. Combine pork belly with chillies , 1tbsp  chopped coriander and seasoning .

2. Steam the mixture in a preheated steamer over medium heat for 15 minutes until cooked . Dish out  , add the rest of coriander , serve at once .
