虾酱芫荽蒸五花腩片
材料:
300g 五花腩( 去皮,切片)1条 红辣椒 ( 切圈 )
2大匙 芫荽
调味料:
1 1/2大匙 咸虾酱1小匙 砂糖
1大匙 姜汁
1小匙 蒜茸
1小匙 粟粉
1大匙 食油
1大匙 清水
1大匙 绍兴酒
做法 :
1. 将五腩片,红辣椒,1大匙的芫荽末,加入调味料拌匀。
2. 盛入预热蒸炉,盖上,以中火蒸15分钟至熟,取出,撒下其余 芫荽,即可上桌。

Steamed
Pork Belly with Shrimp Sauce and Coriander
Ingredients
:
300g
pork belly ( skinned , sliced )1 red chilli ( cut into rings )
2tbsp coriander ( finely chopped )
Seasoning :
1
1/2tbsp salted shrimp sauce1tsp caster sugar
1tbsp ginger juice
1tsp chopped garlic
1tsp corn flour
1tbsp cooking oil
1tbsp water
1tbsp Shaoxing wine
Method
:
1.
Combine pork belly with chillies , 1tbsp
chopped coriander and seasoning .
2.
Steam the mixture in a preheated steamer over medium heat for 15 minutes until
cooked . Dish out , add the rest of
coriander , serve at once .
