红椒酱 ~ Red Mojo sauce



食谱取自 新新饮食

红椒酱

材料:
4 大红灯笼椒 洗净
1 蒜头
3大匙 橄榄油
1小匙
1小匙 黑胡椒碎
1/2 柠檬 ( 取汁 )

做法
1. 将整个红灯笼椒和蒜头,放入烤箱以230度烤至灯笼椒有点金黄色。

2. 取出,用另外一个烤盘将灯笼椒盖好,焖着大概10分钟,去掉灯笼椒的外皮。

3. 蒜头取肉。

4. 将全部材料放入食物处理机里打烂,即可。

Red Mojo sauce

Ingredients :
4 big red capsicums ( washed )
1 clove garlic
3tbsp olive oil
1tsp salt
1tsp ground black pepper
1/2  lemon ( squeeze out juice )

Method :
1. Put capsicums and whole garlic onto a baking tray and bake in an oven at 230c until capsicums are blister and brown .

2. Remove and cover the baked capsicums with another baking tray and leave for 10 minutes . Remove and discard the skin .

3. Remove the garlic skin and discard .

4. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend well .
