香脆腐竹卷 ~ Crispy tofu skin rolls






 

 




 
 
香脆腐竹卷

材料:
2 块腐竹皮
2杯炸油


馅料:
300g 鱼胶
300g肉碎
3条指天椒,切碎
1粒洋葱 切碎
1小匙盐
2大匙水
1大匙粟粉

做法

1.将腐竹弄湿,备用。

2.馅料放入大碗中拌匀。

3.摊开腐竹铺上馅料,卷起,再切块。

4.烧热油锅,放入腐竹卷炸至金黄色,即可捞起沥干油分,配上沾酱享用。

 

Crispy tofu skin rolls

Ingredients :
2 pieces dried tofu skin
2 cups oil for deep-frying


Filling :
300g fish paste
300g minced meat
3 chilli padi , chopped
1 onion , chopped
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch
 
Method :
1. Wet the tofu skin and set aside .

2. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until well combined .

3. Lay the tofu skin on a work surface and place filling on top . Roll up into a long and cut into sections .

4. Heat up oil for deep-frying , deep-fry tofu rolls until golden brown . Dish and drain . Serve with dipping sauce .
