韩式炒芽菜 ~ Korean style bean sprouts

韩式炒芽菜
 
材料:
芽菜  400g 去尾部
食油  2汤匙
   1汤匙
青葱  半杯 切段
酱油   1汤匙
味霖  2汤匙
芝麻粉    1汤匙
烤香芝麻  1茶匙

 
做法

1. 烧热油,加入蒜和青葱。翻炒1分钟。

2. 加入芽菜,酱油,味霖和芝麻粉。炒至熟

3.洒上烤香芝麻,享用。

 

Korean style bean sprouts

Ingredients:
400g bean sprouts trimmed
2 tbsps. cooking oil
1 tbsps chopped garlic
1/2 cup spring onions
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
2 tbsps  mirin
1 tbsp  toasted sesame seeds, ground
1 tsp  toasted sesame seeds for garnish

 

Method :

1Heat up a wok and add in the oil. Add the garlic and spring onions together. Stir fry for 1 minute.

2Add the bean sprouts, light soy sauce, mirin and ground sesame seeds. Stir fry for another minute 3 Sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds before serving.
3 Sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds before serving.
