自制咖喱糊
材料:
无盐奶油 3汤匙 面粉 4汤匙
咖喱粉 1汤匙
Garam masala 1汤匙
甜椒粉 1/4茶匙
做法 :
1.在平底锅里,以中火融化奶油。然后,加入面粉。
2.搅拌均匀。( 要不停的搅拌,因为咖喱糊很容易焦 )。
3.20 ~ 30分钟后,咖喱糊会变成浅棕色.加入咖喱粉,garam masala 和甜椒粉。
4.再煮大越30秒,熄火就完成啦!

Homemade curry roux
Ingredients :
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or paprika (optional for spicy)
1. In a small saucepan, melt the
butter over medium low heat.When the butter is completely melted, add flour.
2. Stir to combine the butter and flour. Soon the butter and flour fuse and swell. Do not stop stirring because the roux will easily burn.
3. After 20-30 minutes, the roux will turn to light brown colour . Add the curry powder, garam masala and paprika .
4. Cook and stir for 30 seconds and remove from the heat.
