传统核桃酥 ~ Traditional Chinese walnut cookies





 
 
 小时,爸爸很喜欢买这个饼给我们的。酥酥,脆脆很好吃哦!

传统核桃酥

材料
(A)  :
面粉  350g
核桃   100g
细砂糖  120g
苏打粉   1小匙
发粉    1小匙
   1/2小匙

(B)  :
食油  160ml

(C)  :
鸡蛋   1
   1/4小匙

 
做法

1.将材料(A)里的核桃放入烤箱里烘香呈金黄色,取出。冷却后搅碎,并加入其余材料(A) 拌匀,徐徐加入食油拌成粉团。

2.将粉团平均分出小等份,搓圆后排在烤盘上,用手指轻轻在酥饼中间压下小窝心,再轻轻压平。

3.表面涂上少许蛋液,盛入预热烤炉以180c烘约 15 ~ 20分钟至熟及金黄色即可。

Traditional Chinese walnut cookies

Ingredients
(A)  :
plain flour 350g
walnut 100g
caster sugar 120g
bicarbonate of soda 1tsp
baking powder 1tsp
salt  1/2tsp

(B) :
cooking oil  160ml

(C)  :
1 no egg
salt   1/4tsp

 
Method :

1. Roast walnuts from the ingredients (A) in the oven until fragnant and golden brown . Remove , leave to cool and finely pound . Next , combine with the rest of ingredients (A) . Slowly add in cooking oil and knead to form a dough .

2. Divide dough evenly into small portions , form it into balls shapes . Place on the baking tray , lightly press to make a cave in the centre of cookies with finger .

3. Brush beaten egg on cookies , bake in the preheated oven at 180c for 15 ~ 20 minutes until cooked and golden brown . Remove  , dish out and serve .
