Green Tea Crème Brûlée ~ 抹茶クレームブリュレ

材料:
1 1/2 杯鲜奶油
1 1/2 杯鲜奶
1汤匙 绿茶粉
5粒 蛋黄
1/2杯 幼糖

**少许幼糖(洒表面)

做法:
1.预热烤箱150度。
2.鲜奶油,鲜奶和绿茶粉放入锅里煮至热(不要煮滚哦!要不停的搅拌)。
3.熄火,待冷。备用。
4.在另一个碗里,蛋黄和幼糖搅拌至淡黄色。
5.加入一半的(2),搅拌均匀,然后再加入剩余的(2),再搅拌均匀。
6.(5) 的面糊用筛子过滤,倒入烘烤杯里 ( ramekins ) . 大概8分满。
7.送入预热烤箱,用水浴法 ,以150度烤30 ~ 40分钟。
8.烤好后,取出待冷。表面洒上少许幼糖,用blowtorch把表面烤焦就可了.
