牛油果蛋黄酱 ~ Avocado mayo

 

材料：

牛油果　1粒， 压成泥
蒜头 2瓣
酸柑汁 (取自半粒酸柑)
蜜糖   2茶匙
芥末酱    2茶匙
橄榄油    2汤匙 （我没放 ）

 

做法 ：
1 .全部材料用搅拌机打至幼滑.

**　此分量可做１／２杯


Ingredients:
1 small avocado, mashed
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. of salt
juice of 1/2 lime
2 tsps. honey
2 tsps. wholegrain mustard
2 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil

 

Method :

1.Use a hand blender or blender to mix all the ingredients until smooth.
