葱油饼
材料:
250g普通面粉170g滚水
100g青葱
盐 1小匙
胡椒粉适量
1.把滚水倒入面粉里,一边用筷子拌匀,然后用手搓成三光面团,休息半个小时。
2.青葱切成粒,加盐和少许胡椒粉拌匀。
3.面团分成6等份,取一小面团 。再倒少许油,抹均匀在面皮上。
4.撒上青葱粒。用刀轻轻割下两刀(不要割断)。旋转面团,再卷成螺状,再压扁。
Ingredients :
Flour 250gHot boiled water 170g
Spring onion 100g , chopped
Salt 1 teaspoon
Pepper
2. Add in salt and pepper into chopped spring onion . Mix
well .
3. Divide the dough into 6 portion . Take 1 portion , roll
into thin slices and pour some oil on it , wipe evenly on the dough .
4. Sprinkle some spring onion and lightly roll the dough . Use a knife to cut 2 horizontal line at the surface (do not cut through !). Rotate the dough, then rolled into a spiral shape, and then squashed.
5. Heat oil , fry both side until golden brown .
