芒果酸柑辣椒酱 ~ Mango-lime chili sauce



 
这个酱汁酸酸甜甜辣
辣的,配上烤鸡真的是ichiban 哦!
 

芒果酸柑辣椒酱

材料:
1 ¼ 芒果汁
酸柑汁+ 皮削 (取自1粒酸柑)
5 茶匙白糖
2茶匙玉米粉
1汤匙水
3瓣蒜头 切碎)
2 条指天椒 切碎
1茶匙姜末
4汤匙鱼露

 
做法
1.锅里倒入芒果汁,酸柑汁&,煮至滚和糖溶.

2. 玉米粉加少许水,加入(1)里。煮至浓稠状。

3.然后加入其余的材料,搅拌均匀,煮至滚。熄火,就可以享用了。

 

 


 

Mango-lime chilli sauce

Ingredients
1 1/4 c pure mango juice
juice and grated rind of 1 lime
5 tsps white sugar
2 tsps corn flour
1 tbsp water
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 red finger chilli, chopped
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
4 tsps fish sauce

 

Method :
1. Put the mango and lime juice and the sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar melts.

2.Disperse the corn flour in the water and add to the mixture in the saucepan to thicken. Leave to simmer for 2 minutes.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and bring back to a boil. Take off the heat and transfer to a jug or gravy boat to stop it cooking further. Serve with the chicken.
