芝士蒜茸烤鸡 ~ Roasted cheesy garlic chicken

芝士蒜茸烤鸡

材料:
3 个全鸡腿
3cheddar芝士, 剁碎
1 大匙蒜头碎
1
粒蛋
100g 面包糠 ( 我用黄色的面包糠 )

 
腌料:
1 小匙糖
1/2 大匙黑胡椒碎
1 粒柠檬, 取汁

 
做法
1.鸡腿加入腌料拌匀,腌1小时(我腌4小时)。

2.芝士和蒜头碎拌匀,然后塞入鸡皮下。

3.沾上蛋液,再沾上面包糠。放入预热烤箱以200度烤30分钟或至熟。

4.取出挤上柠檬汁享用。

 

Roasted cheesy garlic chicken

Ingredients :
3 chicken whole legs
3 slices cheddar cheese , minced
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
100g bread crumbs ( I used yellow colour bread crumbs )

 
Marinade :
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 lemon , squeeze out juice

 
Method :
1. Combine chicken whole legs with marinade and mix well . Marinade for 1 hour ( I marinade it for 4 hours ).

2. Combine cheese with chopped garlic and insert under the skin of chicken whole legs .

3. Dip the chicken in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs . Bake in pre-heated oven at 200c for 30 minutes or until well cooked .

4. Remove from oven and squeeze lemon juice over chicken just before serving  .
