蜜汁芝麻烤鸡 ~ Honey sesame roasted chicken


 
材料:
鸡腿 4 / drumsticks 4pcs or whole chicken )

 
腌汁:
酱油 2Tbsp 我放4tbsp ( soy sauce 2tbsp , i put 4tbsp )
米酒 2Tbsp ( chinese wine 2tbsp )
蜂蜜 2Tbsp ( honey 2 tbsp )
1/2tsp ( sugar 1/2 tsp )
胡椒粉 少许 ( some pepper )
蒜末 少许 ( chopped garlic )
烤香芝麻适量 ( roasted white sesame )

 
做法:
1.用刀在鸡腿/鸡上划几刀, 以帮助入味。( marinade the chicken or chicken about 4 hour . i marinade it for overnight )

2.鸡腿和腌汁混合, 腌至少半个小时。(我腌隔夜)

3.鸡腿放入预热200度的烤箱(皮向上), 烤大概15分钟取出。 ( bake it at 200c , 15 mins then take out brush some honey )

4.两面刷上蜂蜜, 15分钟, 再翻面刷蜂蜜, 放入烤箱。

5.烤大概10分钟至呈现金黄色, 取出。( bake another 10mins until it's cooked )

6.最后撒上芝麻即可。 ( Lastly , sprinkle some sesame on top of it )

 

** 我烤了大概60分钟,然后抹上蜜糖烤两分钟 ,反面也一样抹蜜糖烤2min。)

 ( i bake it about 60mins - whole chicken . after that brush some honey and bake another 2 mins . repeat this step for another side of the chicken and bake at 2 mins )
