煎烧蕃薯包 ~ Pan
fried sweet potato bun
材料:
300g 低筋粉 ( low
protein or superfine flour )1 tsp 酵母 ( instant yeast )
2 tbsp 糖 ( caster sugar )
150ml 水 ( water )
2 tbsp 白油 ( shortening )
盐少许 ( a pinch of salt )
豆沙 / 蕃薯泥适量 ( red bean paste / sweet potato paste )
1。把全部拌均后放白油搓成面团,待放15min
( Mix all ingredient together to make a dough then add in shortening . rest for 15mins )
2。分割20g或25g,在搓成小圆状,休息10min
( Divide it into 20 or 25g each
. rest for 10mins )
3。包馅料,再休息10min。压扁
( Put the filings into the small dough and rest for another 10mins .

non-stick pan 煎至金黄色(不用放油,用小火)
( Use non-stick pan fry until
golden brown - without oil and low heat )
