Penang Tee Nya Kuih

食谱取自 : Table for 2 .....or more

Tee Nya Kuih
Ingredients :
25g rice flour
25g tapioca starch
25g mung bean flour
300g water + ¼ reaspoon alkaline water
1 drop yellow food colouring
1 drop green food colouring

Method :
1. Mix all the flour together .Add in water and alkaline water and cook in a small pot until it starts to thicken . Remove from heat .
2. Divide the batter into 2 and mix with the food colouring .
3. very lightly oil 2 rice bowls and put the batter in . Level the surface.
4. Steam on medium heat for 20minutes .
